If issues arise (cancellations, unpaid fees, disagreements over content), you can report them to us. However, as all transactions are direct, we cannot mediate or guarantee outcomes. We recommend clarifying all details in advance.
Be careful with personal information
Clients may ask for personal details such as your address, phone number, or bank account. Always verify who you're dealing with before sharing sensitive information.
Copyright & portrait rights
Clarify the scope of photo usage and copyright ownership in advance. If a client wants to use photos commercially, a separate agreement is required.
